More spring for me please

The plan for the weekend is to go on a hunt for twigs that will produce some hope for spring once they’ve been put in water in our “slightly warmer than outside” flat :)
I’m hoping for an end result like this
I would definitely prefer this thick layer of snow to the current muddy layer. However England was obviously not designed to handle any of it.
Enough wining from me… On a happier note we are going to a wedding on Sunday. I love weddings, the warmth, the joy, the love, the happiness, and all the friends and the food :) There is just nothing that puts me in a better mood than two people who so obviously love each other.
What are you up to this weekend? Anything exciting planned? Or maybe a wonderful time under the duvet to warm up?

My plans this weekend are to keep as warm and cosy as is possible, as well as a visit to a friends house for their birthday :)

It is summer here……Australia.
We haven’t had a very hot summer and it’s nearly over already ;o(

I do like snow as long as it’s White (not muddy) and the sun is out. Then it’s absolutely beautiful and my favourite winter weather :)

Oooooh. Pretty twig project – have fun with that :)
Right now, I am also yearning from spring. I just arrived back to my apartment last night after three months away and it was so cold in here! I turned up the heaters and had a cold sleep despite 2 blankets, wooly socks, a hat and scarf and my warmest pyjamas. Thankfully, the temperature in here was approaching normal this morning. So spring? Bring it on!!
