I’ve forgotten my login / my password

If you are a registered customer, your login is the email address you entered when you registered. To get your password again, click on “Sign in” at the top of the homepage, then click on: “Forgot your password?" below Already Registered?. Your password will then be reset and you can enter a new.

I do not have a paypal account, how do I pay?

We use PayPal as our online payment gateway. Therefore you can still choose "PayPal" as your payment method "Pay with your card or your PayPal account". When you are forwarded to the PayPal page, scroll to the bottom of the page and choose "Do not have a PayPal account" then fill in your card details as normal and pay.

How do I change the information on my account?

Go to 'Sign in' and enter your email address and password, you will then be able to change your details and view your past orders.

I made a mistake. I would like to modify or cancel my order in progress. Is this possible?

It depends on how far your order has progressed. Please contact Customer Services as soon as possible, with your order number and details of the item(s) ordered using the contact form, or by email: contact@nordcbliss.co.uk.

How do I know if my order has been accepted?

After your payment has been processed and confirmed by PayPal, you will receive an email which will include a summary of the order, the item(s), the quantity, the price of the selected products, the mode of payment and the delivery address.

Do you ship outside THE UK?

If you would like to place an order but live outside the United Kingdom, please contact us by email contact@nordicbliss.co.uk and we will let you know what the shipping would cost to your location. We are more than happy to ship our products to any location. Please see our "International Orders" page for more information. 

What does the shipping cost outside the uk?

Because our products vary in size and weight and shipping costs vary from country to country we always try to make the shipping cost as low as possible for you. If you would like to have an order shipped outside the United Kingdom just send us an email and we will let you know what the shipping cost will be. 

How long does it take for my order to be dispatched?

Items that are in stock will be shipped within 2 working days from that we receive a payment confirmation. We aim for all products to be delivered within 6 working days.
