1.1. The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer (hereinafter referred to as ”you”) with Nordic Bliss Ltd hereinafter referred to as “Nordic Bliss” or ”we”, at Nordic Bliss web shop (also referred to as the ”website”).
1.2. By using this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein (the ”Terms”).
1.3. Please make sure you have read and understood the terms and conditions before placing your order.
1.4. We reserve the right to amend these Terms from time to time without prior notice to you. The version of the Terms that will apply to your order will be those on the website at the time you place your order.
2.1. The prices displayed on the website include the statutory Value Added Tax of 20% but do not include a delivery charge. Orders that will be shipped to Norway or outsid the EU will not have VAT added to the price
2.2. For shipments within the UK the delivery charge for each order is £3.99, unless your order exceeds 5 kgs in weight or is larger than 50cm in width or height. In which case the delivery will cost £5.90. For delivery to the rest of the EU countries we have set an estimated delivery charge of £12.99 (unless your order exceeds 5 kgs in weight or is larger than 50cm in width or height) In which case the delivery will cost £29.90. Once we have received the payment confirmation we will calculate the correct shipping cost and will email you to inform you whether you will receive a part refund or an additional charge will apply. (You are entitled to a full refund if you cancel your order before it has shipped.)
2.3. For orders sent to Norway a customs and handling fee will be applied by the Norwegian authorities when the parcel enters Norway. All such fees are payable by the customer who placed the order.
3.1 Please note that we currently ship to the UK, countries in the European Union ( Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden) and Norway. If you would like to have an order shipped to a different destination please contact us directly.
3.2 We do our utmost to process and ship your order in the fastest possible time. For orders within the UK we aim to deliver within 4 to 6 working days following the confirmation of payment for an order. For all other countries expect delivery to take 8-10 working days.
3.3 Orders are collected for delivery every working day fom Monday to Friday. All orders placed after 10am on Friday will be sent on the following Monday. We do not ship orders on Bank holidays (UK)
3.4 Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been sent.
3.5 Please note that you can no longer cancel an order after it has been shipped. Please see our returns conditions for such instances.
4.1. If you wish to return your order you can do so within a period of 10 working days (beginning the day after confirmation of your order). Please contact our customer service: firstname.lastname@example.org within the 10 working day period.
4.2. Please return the item as set out in section 5 below and we will provide a full refund to your account or to the card used to purchase the item within 30 days of receiving your notice of cancellation.
5.1. If you change your mind or are not completely satisfied with any item(s), we will refund (or if you prefer, replace) any such item(s), provided that all items have been kept in resellable condition prior to their return. In particular, this means the item(s) must not have been damaged, soiled, washed or used. Simply return the item to us in good condition within 10 days of receipt. Please return the item to:

5.2. When returning any unwanted item(s) we recommend recorded post and retaining Proof of Postage. Nordic Bliss does not accept responsibility for any items that are lost in transit.
5.3. A full refund will be provided within 30 days of us receiving your returned item(s) (excluding the delivery cost). If payment was made using a valid credit or debit card, we will credit the refund to the card used to make the purchase.
6.1. Payments can be made via PayPal express by Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express. You can also pay by PayPal by logging into your existing account or by creating an account with PayPal.
6.2. If the issuer of your payment card refuses authorisation of payment to Nordic Bliss we are not liable for any delay or non-delivery.
6.3. Once your payment has been confirmed to us we will start processing your order.
If there are colour differences between the colours shown on the website on your computer and the actual colours of the items, this may be due to the colour reproduction on your computer.
If you have a complaint regarding obvious material or manufacturing faults in goods that we have supplied, including damage incurred in transit, please let us know by contacting our customer service team on email@example.com
